Roger Clarke joins London’s new property exchange IPSX

IPSX appoints corporate finance head from shareholder M7 on secondment.

A stock exchange claiming to be the first dedicated to companies that own single real estate assets has hired a former investment banker as an equity capital markets adviser.

IPSX,  which earlier in January received authorisation as a recognised investment exchange from the Financial Conduct Authority, said Roger Clarke has joined the business on secondment from M7 Real Estate, where he is head of corporate finance.

M7 is one of three shareholders in IPSX, alongside British Land and Henley Investments.
