Henley’s US arm has sealed three deals to acquire more than 1,000 homes for rent for about $100m (£75m).
The assets are located in Manhattan, New York, and Phoenix, Arizona. The Manhattan asset spans 31,152 sq ft over two six-storey apartment buildings comprising 48 units.
In Phoenix, Henley USA has bought two multi-family housing buildings comprising 481 one- and two-bedroom flats. It has also acquired another 488 multi-family units in Phoenix, which will be aggregated from two separate schemes into a combined community.
“The properties present an opportunity to acquire well-located multi-family units in desirable and high-demand areas.”
said Garrett Solomon, president of Henley USA.
“We are confident of delivering positive returns through unit upgrades and active management across all three properties.
We look forward to capitalising on opportunities within the US real estate market, where Henley USA has a strong pipeline in place.”
