New Man City Logo - Henley City in The City Sponsorship Deal 2016 to 2017

Henley secured a partnership deal with Manchester City Football Club in August 2015 to sponsor their London based ‘City in the City’ event series. This provides Henley with a year-round window for branding opportunities and the ability to engage with the club’s High Net Worth corporate fan-base across a minimum of five future events in 2015/2016. 

Henley continued to support the programme in 2016/17 building a closer relationship with the club.

The ‘City in the City’ concept was launched in 2014 and is aimed at engaging the club’s network of fans outside of Greater Manchester, particularly those based in London and the South East. Over the past 12 months Manchester City Football Club has held six ‘City in the City’ events in and around London. The events are held before City’s London away games and provides fans with a behind-the-scenes understanding of how the club is run both on and off the pitch. Previous events have included guest speakers Brian Marwood, Tom Glick and a Q&A session with Manuel Pellegrini and Vincent Kompany.
